Dreadbox offers a Limited Warranty on all devices, except for non-assembled DIY kits.

A proof of purchase is required when making a warranty claim. Malfunctions caused by improper power supply voltages, incorrect or faulty cable connections, product misuse, or any other issues determined by Dreadbox to be the user’s fault are not covered under warranty (standard service rates will apply). All defective products will be repaired or replaced at Dreadbox’s discretion.

To process a warranty claim, products must be returned directly to Dreadbox, with the customer covering shipping costs. Dreadbox assumes no responsibility for harm to persons or equipment resulting from the use of this product.
